What to expect for your order:

  • Production: Each item takes approximately 1–6 working days to create your item. This production time is separate from the shipping time.

  • Dispatch: Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched to the shipping carrier.

Once dispatched,your item will be delivered within the estimated shipping timeframe provided at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can follow your order's journey.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Great news: You will not be charged any extra customs fees, duties, or import taxes on your order.

All of our products are shipped with delivery duty paid. This means that the price you pay at checkout is the final price, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery, regardless of your location. We handle all customs formalities and costs, so you can enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind.

1. Unwanted items and change of mind

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return an unwanted item for a refund. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • How to return: To start a return, please email us at contact@theo-philosopher.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and our UK return address.

  • Return shipping: For unwanted items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • Refund process: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Reporting the issue: Please email us at contact@theo-philosopher.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. As our production partner has a strict policy on this, it is crucial that we are notified as soon as possible.

  • Resolution: Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

We offer exchanges for unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. In your return request, please specify the item and size you would like in exchange. Note that new shipping charges may apply.

Products should be returned unworn (other than trying them on), unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags and secure packaging. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
